TERMS & POLICIES – 1:1 SINGING LESSONS

By booking a private vocal coaching session with ITVocalStudio, you acknowledge and agree to the following binding terms and conditions. These policies are strictly enforced, and exceptions will not be made.

LESSON INCLUSIONS

Each session includes:

• A private, one-on-one vocal coaching session tailored to the student’s needs and vocal goals.
• Instruction on vocal techniques, including breath control, vocal range expansion, and agility.
• Real-time feedback and exercises to improve vocal performance.
• A structured and goal-oriented learning environment.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure an effective session, students must:

• Be prepared in a quiet, distraction-free space for focused instruction.
• Have a stable internet connection if attending a virtual lesson.
• Bring any song(s), lyrics, or sheet music they wish to work on.

BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING

1. Booking Policies

• Lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
• The name provided at checkout must be the student’s full legal name to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Lessons are for the registered student only and cannot be transferred to another person.

2. Rescheduling

• If a reschedule is needed, it must be requested at least 48 hours in advance through the reschedule option in the confirmation email.
• Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before the lesson will not be accommodated.
• If a reschedule request is approved, the lesson must be used within 25 days of the original booking date.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeited lesson with no refund or reschedule.
• If the student is more than five (5) minutes late, the session will be forfeited and considered a no-show. No exceptions.
• If the student arrives late but within the first five minutes, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other bookings.

 Session Recording & Social Media Use

All sessions are recorded for educational, quality assurance, and promotional purposes.
By booking a session, you agree that your lesson may be featured on Instagram, YouTube, or other social media platforms for educational or marketing content.
If you have concerns about being featured, please notify me in writing before your lesson.

By Booking, You Confirm That You Have Read and Agree to These Terms.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY WAIVER

• By booking a session, the student (or parent/guardian if the student is a minor) acknowledges that vocal training requires physical exertion and assumes full responsibility for any risks associated with participation. ITVocalStudio is not liable for any vocal strain, injury, or discomfort resulting from participation in the session.
• The instruction provided is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment. If a student experiences vocal issues, it is their responsibility to seek advice from a licensed medical professional.
• ITVocalStudio reserves the right to refuse service if a student fails to comply with studio policies, engages in inappropriate behavior, or disrupts the learning environment.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By completing the booking, the student (or their parent/guardian, if applicable) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. No exceptions or refunds will be granted for failure to comply with the above policies.
